Refund & cancellation policy
Delta Digital Lab LLC provides fixed-scope cybersecurity risk advisory and diagnostic reviews. This policy outlines our refund windows, cancellation procedures, and operational commitments prior to and following project commencement.
This policy applies directly to all scheduled cybersecurity assessments, infrastructure audits, cloud configuration reviews, and risk architecture engagements contracted with Delta Digital Lab LLC.
Because our consultants dedicate dedicated assessment windows and secure testing infrastructure ahead of scheduled work, cancellations and refund eligibility are structured around our formal project milestones.
Eligible for a complete refund minus standard third-party merchant processing fees.
Subject to a 25% administrative retainer fee covering reserved consultant capacity.
Client may choose between a 50% direct refund or full credit applied toward rescheduled dates.
Once the formal discovery session has occurred, telemetry logs have been securely transferred, or proprietary vulnerability scans have been executed, the engagement is officially classified as active.
Because consulting hours and analytical compute resources are expended in real time, fees for active engagements are non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding assessment deliverables or findings, we provide a structured review session and adjust deliverable clarifications at no additional charge.
Provide the unique consultation agreement reference number listed on your statement of work.
Submit written notice originating from the authorized signatory or designated technical lead.
Briefly specify the basis for rescheduling or cancellation for our internal quality records.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment method.
All requests must be submitted in writing to ensure an audited paper trail. Our advisory team confirms receipt within 24 hours during standard business days.
